Virginia is one of the largest military and veteran housing markets in the country, home to:
Naval Station Norfolk
Langley–Eustis
Quantico, Fort Belvoir, and surrounding installations
A constant flow of PCS buyers and refinances
We already run proven military-focused advertising, control follow-up, and route applicants through a structured pre-qualification process.
You are not handed raw leads.
You are scheduled appointments with applicants who have completed an online loan application.
What You Receive:

Applicants complete a full loan application before meeting you
Income, credit, and eligibility reviewed first

What You Do Not Do:
No chasing Facebook leads

You focus on advising, structuring loans, and closing.
This role is designed for a producing loan officer who wants consistency and leverage.
Minimum Expectations:
Handle 20+ funded loans per year from Veteran Home Advantage appointments
Strong VA loan knowledge and borrower communication
Professional response times and appointment discipline
Clean execution from application through closing
