Participation by professionals in our program is based solely on membership or marketing access fees that are not tied to consumer transactions.

5. $0 Down / $0 Closing Costs Program

Our “$0 Down / $0 Closing Costs” message refers to home purchases made using VA loan benefits, which allow for no required down payment under most circumstances.
In addition, participating professionals may offer to cover certain allowable lender or agent fees to reduce closing costs for eligible buyers.

Limitations:

Offer excludes prepaid items, inspections, surveys, option fees, or transfer taxes.

Availability may vary by property, loan type, and local regulations.

Additional terms and conditions may apply from your chosen lender or agent.

Always verify your loan eligibility and total costs with your licensed mortgage professional.

6. Charitable Contributions

A portion of proceeds from transactions closed by participating professionals may be donated to local or national veteran charities.
These donations are made voluntarily by individual professionals and not directly by Veteran Home Advantage™.

VHA does not collect or distribute charitable funds and makes no guarantee of donation amounts or recipients.

7. Eligibility

Our website and services are intended for use by:

Active-duty service members,

Veterans,

Reservists,

National Guard members, and

Surviving spouses eligible for VA home loan benefits.

Use of this website does not require military service, but our programs are specifically designed for those who have served or are currently serving.
