• We also have our Military Relocation Professional Certifications, which means we have taken some additional education classes on how to serve our military and also working with VA loans.

• We conduct very thorough video showings..through GoogleMeet or Zoom (I even tell you how the house smells!)  We have helped many military clients who are located out-of-state.  For those out of country, we have used Facebook Messenger and do have WhatsApp, if necessary.

• We have created a Black Hills PCS Guide that we like to share with those military families we are working with who are PCSing to Ellsworth.  It points out a lot about the area and has some very insightful pieces of information.
