In situations where Veteran Home Advantage represents both the buyer and seller in the same transaction, we will disclose this dual agency relationship and obtain written consent from all parties as required by Arizona law.
No agency relationship is created by your use of this website, submission of a contact form, or initial consultation. An agency relationship is only established upon execution of a written agency agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Any cause of action must commence within one (1) year after it arose; otherwise it is permanently barred.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
